How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Find Soaper Premium and tap "Cancel Subscription." You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Does Soaper work offline?

Yes! All core features work perfectly without an internet connection. Your recipes are stored locally on your device and sync to iCloud when you're online.

What devices are supported?

Soaper is currently available for iPhone. Your data is automatically backed up to iCloud.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Open Soaper on your new device and go to the Premium screen. Tap "Restore Purchases" to restore your active subscription. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for your subscription. See our Refund Policy for more details.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your recipes and data are stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We don't have access to your personal content. See our Privacy Policy for details.
